Photo shoot planning document
Date and time of photo shoot
1:
18th January
2014. 9:00pm
Material to be shot:
Live Ocean Avenue gig at the
venue of Fibbers, York.
I won’t need any personnel
other than myself. The band will be present at the time of the shoot.
The photo-shoot will be
based on the band and their personalities. I won’t be altering costumes or in
need of probs. It is based on a live gig, so in terms of props guitars, amps
and drum kits will be their own therefore adding real effect to my images.
Date and time of photo shoot
2:
20th January
2014. 2:30pm
Material to be shot:
I will be shooting photos of
a young mob character which will be for my ‘Chewy Grittish’ Society’ article
and the front cover of my magazine.
I will need the personnel of
a model and lighting assistant situated in a photography studio. I will need
two props, one being a baseball bat and the other being a cigarette. The model
will be heading to pose as a rough looking character with a strong eager look
to cause riot imitating people from the London Riots.
Studio shoots:
The lighting will be of a
medium distance and in full butterfly effect. As I am getting a full body shot
of the model I won’t need to have any short distance lighting. I won’t be
producing any shadows as it will be shot on a black background. Therefore the
lights will be placed to show off the models expression
Backdrop:
I will be using a black
backdrop to help coincide with my black background that situates on my magazine
cover and article.
Lighting equipment needs:
I will need a strobe lamp to
light up the front facial area of my model. I will also be using one main box
light to reduce any dark shadows surrounding the image; this helps me work with
the black background.
